May Civic Association Meeting AGENDA

Agenda 1.The pavilion  A NEW RESOURCE  "Let's party! 2.Who would like to participate in the process of turning our Dunaire Pool into a 501C a non-profit  so that we can solicit donations in an effort to build community and insure a stable future for our pool and park?  3. The homeless folks; How do we maintain private property?     --We need a small group to create a SOP Standard Operating Procedure...that will empower neighbors to address unhoused visitors and assert boundaries safely. When do we know it's time to call the police? 4. VOTE!!!!! The primary election, State Houses, Congress and the Senate, Governor and Lt. Governor  And Judicial races. Do neighbors need rides? If so let's coordinate. 5. CUT THE IVY     We will have a demonstration of the first step to save our urban forest. Please plan to stay a few minutes after the regular meeting for the final volunteer schedule for the pool!
