March Civic Association Meeting NOTES

Discussed meeting with quick trip to discuss neighborhood requests for Bubble wash car wash they want to build next to their lot. Meeting was supposed to be this Thursday at library on Covington highway but QT postponed. Will announce new date when I have it.

Pool is in debt and we need to work up ways the make it pay for itself. If Dunaire does not maintain it the pool area will revert to the Dunn family. And we need someone to help with the pool maintenance. One man has been doing it alone for 2 years.

Edee Heard has offered to step in as interim president of civic association and let Doug Yancey step back some. Thank you Doug and Edee.

Discussed designing a new logo for Dunaire and and ways to reach the neighbors that do not belong to civic association. Amal and Rae have volunteered to work on that to get more notice of flyers and notices. we also will set up a Dunaire email address for ease of communication.

Discussed briefly flock cameras on Brittan woods. No answer as to what entity placed and who is monitoring
